The Daily 'Do

Holiday Hair Survival Kit

Are you ready for the holiday madness?

Are you ready to see Aunt Mary and Grandma Jane that you haven't seen since last Christmas?

No Really... is your hair ready?!

We've got you covered for the holidays...when it comes to hair!

STEP ONE:

Get your color & cut done before! This is probably the most important rule. Not only will you feel self conscious if your roots are exposed, but Aunt Mary and Grandma Jane will have NO PROBLEM pointing it out! Give them one less thing to talk about... GET YOUR HAIR DONE!

STEP TWO:

Give your hair a break. This means, wash less and condition more. Your hair may still be recovering from your Summer neglect. This is the time to use a hair masque once a week and try to wash no more than 3 times a week. This will give your hair enough time to obtain its much needed natural oils, to nourish your tresses. (try Awapuhi Wild Ginger Keratin Intensive Treatment)

STEP THREE:

Opt for easy styling. No one has time to spend an hour or more on their hair when the turkey or roast is in the oven. For an easy, go to style; Prep your hair with a heat styling spray, like Sebastian's Stylbrid 9, then quickly blow dry without a brush to remove 90% or more of the moisuture. Then part your hair in 4 sections (down the middle and ear to ear) using a Large round brush (depending on hair length) Wrap each section around the brush and blow dry for a few seconds. before releasing, let the hair cool on the brush. Do this around the whole head. If your hair is extra thick part each of those 4 sections in half. Fluff your hait and finish with some Sebastian Shaper Plus or ReShaper. This process should take no longer than 20-30 minutes, start to finish. If it's taking you longer, put down your tools and grab a sock bun.... Who can mess up a sock bun?! (if you've screwed this one up, youtube has you covered)

Voila! You are ready for all your holiday festivities!

Throw on a nice dress, some killer red lipstick

and your ready for whatever the family will throw at you!

Mission's Mane Attraction would like to wish you all a wonderful holiday season from our families to yours!

We appreciate all of your continued support and we love each and every one of you!
