Be sure to leave a detailed message with what services you are looking for, days & times you are available and what stylist you would like to see, to help make scheduling your first visit seamless. Keep in mind when planning your first visit, appointment lead times can be about 4-6 weeks out. We always welcome you to our waitlist!
Next, you'll arrive and be greeted by a team member who will make you feel at home while you wait for your stylist to take you back to their chair. Then, your stylist will walk you through an in depth consultation. We will discuss, not just your first visit, but a longterm plan to ensure all of your goals are met.
If you're here for color, a formula will be custom blended for you and recorded so that it's always ready and waiting at each visit. We have a wide array of amenities to keep you feeling completely comfortable as your color processes.
Your stylist will create a cut perfect for your face shape, lifestyle and overall goals. Styling tips and tricks are always shared so you can recreate the style at home.
We'll wrap up the visit by sharing our recommendations for at-home care and set you up with your next appointment!
